By placing an order with PLUGAHT, you agree to the policies listed below. Please review all product information, sizing, colors, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through PLUGAHT are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong item, or other customer ordering errors.

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.

If you receive an incorrect item or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed.

Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping address, product selection, size, color, and other order information are correct before submitting an order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist you if the order has not already been processed, but changes are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

PLUGAHT is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier unless other information is given.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, PLUGAHT cannot guarantee replacement of packages that are reported missing or stolen.

Customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, or other secure delivery locations.

We will provide reasonable assistance with available shipping information when possible.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, photos, pricing, and other information accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.

PLUGAHT reserves the right to correct errors in product information, availability, or pricing.

PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

Discount codes and promotions must be entered at checkout when required.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be added to an order after it has already been completed.

FRAUD & ORDER VERIFICATION
